Project and Interim Management

Simon acted as the interim senior manager for one of operational units for a period of five months. As well as his wealth of relevant experience, sound business knowledge and acumen and considerable skills in managing people, Simon’s facilitative and enabling style of working provided the added value of furthering the professional development and learning of managerial and practitioner staff. This was a real bonus and left a legacy that individuals and the organisation can build on. Staff found him approachable and supportive and valued both his advice and encouraging style.

He engaged with key individuals ....and presented a well thought through and well presented document – set out in a logical and easy to read manner. It set out the key action points to be taken forward so that it doesn’t, as many similar papers have the habit of doing, end up on a shelf - in other words, it has been the catalyst for further action.
